- Afterwards add tomato sauce, shezwan sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and salt. All to be mixed well and cook again on high flame for a minute.
- Now add boiled noodles and mix it well. Now Chinese noodles are ready.
- Now heat a non-stick tawa and sprinkle some water and wipe it with a cloth and spread the dosa batter.
- Now spread the ready cheese noodles and then prepare dosa rolls.
- Chinese dosa is ready to serve.
