- Aik pan main boiled mutton add kar ginger garlic paste & green chili paste dal kar aik sy 2 mint bhon lein
- Ab oil add kar ke 2 sy 3 mint oil ke sath mutton bhon lein
- Phir all dry spieces add kar ke 30 second sauté karein
- Ab tamater add kar ke cover kar ke tomato soft hony tak cook karein
- Phir thora bhon kar ypugurt add kar medium to high flam per yogurt ka pani dry hony tak cook karein
- Ab lemon juice kewra essence dal kar mix karein koyla ko garamkerny ke liyerakh dein aik steel ki piyari ya aluminium foil ki katori bana kar garamkoyla rakh kar 2 sy 3 drops oil spread kar smoke nilly per 1 sy 2 mint cover kar lein
- AP joely wali piyali nikal kar boil rice karahi per spread kar dein
