  2. Take 1 cup / 250 grams atta

  7. Get 4 large potatoes
  8. Prepare 2 onions
  9. Get 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  12. Take 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
  13. Prepare as required coriander leaves
  14. Get As per taste Salt
  15. Take as required Oil
Steps to make Aloo paratha:
  1. In a mixing bowl add atta, salt and oil mix well.
  2. Add a water little at a time and mix well.
  3. For beginners, you can follow an autolysis method instead of kneading.
  4. Note whether the flour is combined with water and let them rest for 30 mins no need to knead just mix well it's enough.
  5. For stuffing first boil the potatoes.
  6. Then peel the skin and mash it.
  7. Take a pan add a tablespoon of oil add onion and saute well.
  8. Then add ginger garlic paste and the spices saute it well till the raw smell goes.
  9. Then add the mashed potatoes and coriander leaves mix well and switch off the flame.
  10. Let them cool then after take a dough water was absorbed in the flour and itself it was done.
  11. Mix it then put balls.
  12. Take a ball and roll it with a rolling pin.
  13. Place stuffing in the center of the round and fold it.
  14. Then roll it gently.
  15. Put it in a hot tawa flip over both sides add butter or ghee for enhancing.
  16. Now your paratha is ready.
