  1. Halve or quarter each stalk and wash bokchoy in cole running water and

  4. Add bokchoy, soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss and cover. Cook for approx 2 mins before uncovering, tossing, and covering. Continue to cook until white parts reach desired doneness
  5. Optional: Add crush red pepper and drizzle sesame oil
  6. Serve
