Add pasta with mushrooms, meat mixture, and 4 cups mozzarella cheese together and put in deep dish 13X9 baking dish or 2 13X9 baking dishes. Top with brick cheese or mozzarella. Cover with tented aluminum foil. Bake for 30 to 45 min @ 400°
