  3. Boil several quarts of water in a large stock pot. Add a large pinch of salt to the water as it nears a boil. Cook pasta as directed. Take care not to over cook fresh pasta. Strain and return to stick pot.
  4. Place pasta in pasta bowls, top with tomato sauce and serve with grated parmesan cheese.
