- Mix everything until the batter is well-blended. Scoop out 450 g of this avocado cake batter and put it in separate bowl for the chocolate batter. Add cocoa powder, and mix until it is smooth. Place the batters into a prepared Bundt by alternating spoonfuls of avocado batter with the chocolate batter.
- Then with the end of a wooden skewer or knife, gently draw swirls throughout the batter to create a marble pattern. Bake it for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove it from the oven and let it cool completely. You can dust the top of the cake with powder sugar.
